Holidays are a favorite in the family. It is the most busiest time of the year for us (offline). We've had a lot of great things that happened this month and mostly are payouts. Before I drift into space again for some shopping for New Year celebration I would like to greet each and everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Me and my wife will be celebrating our 15th Wedding Anniversary. We continue to thank God for all the blessed years God has provided us and to the knowledge, wisdom in right investment and to the provision of capital and investment companies that continues to be honest. Good day to everyone. It's been almost a month since my last post. My last post which was about cash withdrawal went well and I have received a few payouts from Seedin PH since then but I was unable to post it here because I was so busy with a lot of stuffs offline. Today is IPO investing day and I went and buy IPO - FRUITAS HOLDINGS, INC. (FRUIT) which costs P1.68 per share with a minimum of 1000 shares and multiples of 1000 only. I bought a bit late, lets hope it is not over-bought yet ( usually it becomes over-bought in just a day ) and hope for the best. As I recall it, FRUIT was said to cost P1.99 but it seems they have lowered it so that is good. Email I got from Gmail from SeedIn PH It's a known fact that Filipino investors who were not educated in Financial Literacy are prone to investment frauds. Even those who were educated become victims as well, no thanks to fraud investment companies' usage of web technology and social media. But web technology or social media can also be used for good specially when it comes to finding the best investment companies or just finding a legit one is more appropriate. I know it has been days without activity here but I've been busy lately. I have actually received two payouts from SeedIn PH and since I haven't tried withdrawing from SeedIn PH , I believe it's about time to check out their withdraw section. Although most Financial Literacy based investment, MLM (Multilevel Marketing) companies or even Cooperatives use the X-Curve to promote their business side, I still consider it to be the best concept I have ever seen and the only answer in solving poverty. So what can we learn about the X-Curve Concept ?   If we look at the image above, you will see two arrows. Okay, I just got a few important emails and one of them is to confirm that I have received another payout from SeedIn PH from my first investment. Next month I am expecting two payouts, so I am quite excited to see two payouts in one month. I also got an email confirming two transactions I made with COL Financial . First was for buying stocks $NOW which is for my "bodega". I can't find the news article regarding the renewal of NOW's license but I will link it in this article once I find it. While trying to look for other option to diverse investments, I stumbled upon a company named FUNDKO . It is also a crowd-lending platform like SeedIn. Upon investigation, I was able to find an issue where a lender was informed that the borrower is unable to pay or decided to not pay their lenders anymore. This is obviously not a good sign for a crowd-lending company. It is a good thing SeedIn has a budget for this i-responsible lenders or they have made pre-cautions to avoid such issues. What is MLM or Multilevel Marketing? It is a marketing scheme used by some companies. I don't have anything against them except to those pyramid scams who are not really selling actual products and just earns money from their downlines or recruits. Most MLMs are product or is used by pyramid scams or belonged to investment fraud companies or ponzi schemes because MLM is self-propagating and doesn't need much advertisement and it spreads faster when it is online. You might recognize them by studying its system. These are some of the signs of investment scams : the recruit MUST recruit someone as well in order to earn, the new recruit's money is the one used to pay their upline. they don't have an actual product. even if they did have products, it is practically useless. they are promised a fast ROI or return of investment or yields higher returns.

I just spotted an investment opportunity at Seedin PH . The first company I invested is at KMVAsia Development Corportation - they are into construction business I believe. Anyway, here is the company profile. The investment yields 16% interest and starts repayment on August 24, 2019 and the good thing is it only has 3 months tenure (Maturity on Oct) which means I am going to receive monthly repayments starting August.
