I may have the need to Top Up again since my remaining balance has been re-invested to this new investment opportunity. Who is the borrower? I just had an IPO Alert from PSEI so I decided to check out some videos regarding IPO ( Initial Public Offering ) investing. The IPO stocks I was talking about is the AXELUM Resources Corp. and ALLHOME . I am new to this IPO stocks thing but based on videos I've seen IPO investing is promising and at the same time risky as well. Not all companies that went public on their stocks went well but IF, yes IF it did went well - you will always have these feeling of "I wish I have invested when their stocks were still cheap". Too bad because I only have half of what I've previously invested --it would have been better since this new one has a bigger interest which means more profit ( approximately 13% to your capital after you receive all the payouts ). SeedIn PH just opened a new investment opportunity and I got to invest once again -- thanks to the payout yesterday. I was pretty excited to find out my Alfred Auto-Invest works in wonders so even if I was slicing the ingredients for my Pancit Palabok, I was able to auto-invest the amount I desired.  With a project sum of 3 Million, tenure of 6 months and a return p.a. of 15%/pa. Okay, I just got a few important emails and one of them is to confirm that I have received another payout from SeedIn PH from my first investment. Next month I am expecting two payouts, so I am quite excited to see two payouts in one month. I also got an email confirming two transactions I made with COL Financial . First was for buying stocks $NOW which is for my "bodega". I can't find the news article regarding the renewal of NOW's license but I will link it in this article once I find it. I know $NOW will be the fourth telco so before it goes on hype better buy stocks while they are still cheap. The last mail was for my additional investment at XPEEQ mutual fund . 

While trying to look for other option to diverse investments, I stumbled upon a company named FUNDKO . It is also a crowd-lending platform like SeedIn. Upon investigation, I was able to find an issue where a lender was informed that the borrower is unable to pay or decided to not pay their lenders anymore. This is obviously not a good sign for a crowd-lending company. It is a good thing SeedIn has a budget for this i-responsible lenders or they have made pre-cautions to avoid such issues.
