FUNDKO: A Crowd-lending Platform -- Good or Bad?

While trying to look for other option to diverse investments, I stumbled upon a company named FUNDKO. It is also a crowd-lending platform like SeedIn. Upon investigation, I was able to find an issue where a lender was informed that the borrower is unable to pay or decided to not pay their lenders anymore. This is obviously not a good sign for a crowd-lending company. It is a good thing SeedIn has a budget for this i-responsible lenders or they have made pre-cautions to avoid such issues. Okay, here is the exchanged communication between the lender and FUNDKO.

About Fundko: Taken from their website:

We are a crowdlending platform that connects verified lenders and borrowers. Because we provide a more efficient service than traditional channels, lenders who are looking for investment opportunities will find attractive returns while borrowers get reasonable rates.

FundKo is a subsidiary of Guevent Investments Development Corporation (GIDC) – a company that has over 50 years of operations with a business footprint that spans across the entire Philippine archipelago.

Invest for as low as 15,000 pesos or borrow as much as 500,000 pesos through FundKo!
I found the images above in a FB Group I joined a long time ago - TGFI or The Global Filipino Investors which also came from another group called "Crowdfunding Personal and Business Loan Investors PH". I want to be updated so I joined both groups.

I am not saying they belong to scam investment or investment fraud but based from this conversation, where their (Fundko's) hands are clean if the borrower decided not to pay is not a good sign of a good investment. Basically, the risk will be so high and they'll be prone to more scam borrowers. They should make sure the investors has less risk by avoiding such issues.

Too bad, because I am in need to find more options. I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket. It is up to you, if you are willing to invest on this FundKo company but for me - I will stay away from them.

Monsterra.io Review: A P2E Game?

After having played the game for approximately three months, I have been contemplating whether or not I have earned from it. To be candid, it has been quite some time since I began playing the game, and it has been taking up a significant portion of my time. My primary objective was to rank up and acquire that extra $MSTR bonus, but with only one rare Mongen, it has been challenging to ascend to Gold 1 or even rank 500. Despite the challenges, I found the game to be quite enjoyable. However, when the PVP option was introduced a few weeks ago, I realized how weak my Mongens were. In order to strengthen them, I would have to spend more $MSTR, which was not feasible for me. Initially, I attempted to play the game without investing any money, but I eventually spent some funds because I realized that I could not complete quests with weak Mongens. My goal was to recoup my investment, but unfortunately, I was unable to do so.

1st Cashout at Gemly.gg: Play to Earn Game

Here is another good news. I have joined a Play to Earn game called Gemly and it's really a fine gem. It is a play mining game which means you play to mine. You are mining gems which can be exchanged for real money. Talk about Gems for cash! Anyways, the game is so simple, and you don't need to do a thing. Just hire mercenaries to fight for you which also will also mine for you. But there are other ways to earn from them. There is no need to invest on this game, but I did invest $5 to make earning faster because I can see the great potential on this game. Just a tip, you can hire new mercenaries with your daily earnings , so it is like re-rolling your interest to gain more capital - that is why they called it an incremental game . Check out the info below. === About the Game (this is from their website) === Gemly is an incremental game built on the Play To Earn concept, where you can earn real money.
