Good day to all of you guys. I know I haven't been active in blogging recently. Most of the people are into video blogging these days but being me and not having the time and not having the technological capability to do those things - I opt to writing blogs. I still prefer reading blogs than watching Youtube videos (unless it requires me visual step-by-step instruction). Okay, I will cut to the chase, I am busy playing crypto-based games recently and I earned profit from it.

Good day to everyone. I know that not everyone is having a good day today but I want to extend the good day anyway. I can't believe how hard it is to find ways or things to do during quarantine period. Most of the time I am in the kitchen trying to figure out what's to cook. Stocks are doing good but I am not risking a dime til this corona virus issue is resolved or at least I see the stock drops again. I know many of you are asking if it is good to invest in stocks now - it depends. If the stock is soaring, then forget it. If the stock drops significantly, then you know that there is a group of TSUPITEROS out there that cashed in already after luring first time or beginner investors into investing on a stock that keeps going high. Good day to everyone. It's been almost a month since my last post. My last post which was about cash withdrawal went well and I have received a few payouts from Seedin PH since then but I was unable to post it here because I was so busy with a lot of stuffs offline. Today is IPO investing day and I went and buy IPO - FRUITAS HOLDINGS, INC. (FRUIT) which costs P1.68 per share with a minimum of 1000 shares and multiples of 1000 only. I bought a bit late, lets hope it is not over-bought yet ( usually it becomes over-bought in just a day ) and hope for the best. As I recall it, FRUIT was said to cost P1.99 but it seems they have lowered it so that is good. I received my 3rd payout this week for this month and it's about a project that returns the capital at the end of its tenure. Email I got from Gmail from SeedIn PH It's a known fact that Filipino investors who were not educated in Financial Literacy are prone to investment frauds. Even those who were educated become victims as well, no thanks to fraud investment companies' usage of web technology and social media. But web technology or social media can also be used for good specially when it comes to finding the best investment companies or just finding a legit one is more appropriate. If you find a good investment company or a legit one, you can also share it to your friends - though some may think you are just recruiting for people. Okay here is one good example of a good investment; last October 20, I have requested to withdraw sum amount of money from SeedIn PH and upon checking my bank account in BDO today, I found out that it was already sent to my account last Oct. 22. Okay, I just got a few important emails and one of them is to confirm that I have received another payout from SeedIn PH from my first investment. Next month I am expecting two payouts, so I am quite excited to see two payouts in one month. I also got an email confirming two transactions I made with COL Financial . First was for buying stocks $NOW which is for my "bodega". I can't find the news article regarding the renewal of NOW's license but I will link it in this article once I find it. I know $NOW will be the fourth telco so before it goes on hype better buy stocks while they are still cheap. The last mail was for my additional investment at XPEEQ mutual fund . 

While trying to look for other option to diverse investments, I stumbled upon a company named FUNDKO . It is also a crowd-lending platform like SeedIn. Upon investigation, I was able to find an issue where a lender was informed that the borrower is unable to pay or decided to not pay their lenders anymore. This is obviously not a good sign for a crowd-lending company. It is a good thing SeedIn has a budget for this i-responsible lenders or they have made pre-cautions to avoid such issues. Okay, I just want to share the happiness I felt upon receiving my first payout from Seedin PH . I am planning on re-investing the money so I won't be making any withdrawals in my account yet. By the way, about the changes in the payout method; it was confirmed to me that there are two payout methods. First is the old method in which you receive a monthly payout which consist of interest/income plus part of your capital until it reaches maturity or the tenure of your investment. The second which was recently introduced was getting your monthly payout which consist only the interest or your income and when your investment reaches tenure or the last payout, you will receive your income plus your capital.
