I know I've already turned my back on my trading but my recent discovery of a technique or strategy -  a trading strategy which is I believe will be useful also in my investment stocks. You'll probably be asking me "What is this trading strategy? and how is it going to help in acquiring my favorite investment stocks which are of course dividend-earning stocks ?" The No. 1 Rule in Trading: Buy Low! First of all, we all know what the No.1 rule in trading is and that is to buy low, which means you try to buy a stock at its lowest or low value. While the stock price is of less concern when buying investment stock (to some), for me I still want to make sure that what I buy is still at its lowest value (at least during the period I decide to buy again) to make-up with the volume I buy - of course lower stock price means more volumes. Actually, investors love it when their favorite investment stock is at its low price because they can buy more volumes with their money.

Good day to everyone. I know that not everyone is having a good day today but I want to extend the good day anyway. I can't believe how hard it is to find ways or things to do during quarantine period. Most of the time I am in the kitchen trying to figure out what's to cook. Stocks are doing good but I am not risking a dime til this corona virus issue is resolved or at least I see the stock drops again. I know many of you are asking if it is good to invest in stocks now - it depends. If the stock is soaring, then forget it. If the stock drops significantly, then you know that there is a group of TSUPITEROS out there that cashed in already after luring first time or beginner investors into investing on a stock that keeps going high. SeedIn PH just opened a new investment opportunity and I got to invest once again -- thanks to the payout yesterday. I was pretty excited to find out my Alfred Auto-Invest works in wonders so even if I was slicing the ingredients for my Pancit Palabok, I was able to auto-invest the amount I desired.  With a project sum of 3 Million, tenure of 6 months and a return p.a. of 15%/pa. Okay, I just got a few important emails and one of them is to confirm that I have received another payout from SeedIn PH from my first investment. Next month I am expecting two payouts, so I am quite excited to see two payouts in one month. I also got an email confirming two transactions I made with COL Financial . First was for buying stocks $NOW which is for my "bodega". I can't find the news article regarding the renewal of NOW's license but I will link it in this article once I find it. I know $NOW will be the fourth telco so before it goes on hype better buy stocks while they are still cheap. The last mail was for my additional investment at XPEEQ mutual fund .

Okay, I just want to share the happiness I felt upon receiving my first payout from Seedin PH . I am planning on re-investing the money so I won't be making any withdrawals in my account yet. By the way, about the changes in the payout method; it was confirmed to me that there are two payout methods. First is the old method in which you receive a monthly payout which consist of interest/income plus part of your capital until it reaches maturity or the tenure of your investment. The second which was recently introduced was getting your monthly payout which consist only the interest or your income and when your investment reaches tenure or the last payout, you will receive your income plus your capital. I just spotted an investment opportunity at Seedin PH . The first company I invested is at KMVAsia Development Corportation - they are into construction business I believe. Anyway, here is the company profile. The investment yields 16% interest and starts repayment on August 24, 2019 and the good thing is it only has 3 months tenure (Maturity on Oct) which means I am going to receive monthly repayments starting August. They are in need of 10Million pesos so I am pretty sure a lot of people are going to have a chance to have a piece of them. I invested P10,000 Philippine pesos for starters. I will just let the money grow and re-use it on another investment until I reach a certain amount I can use for some other investments, probably an offline investment.
