I love dividend stocks , I have them in my COL Financial port. While checking the business news, I found out that STI gained P507 M net income in 9 months. If I was the owner, I'd most likely reward my investors so I checked if they are giving away dividends and I was surprised they did - back in January they gave 4.35% dividends. As of this day STI stock price is 0.35 cents with a 10K boardlot. Last January 2022, they gave a 2.94% dividends to stockholders .  STI current chart with January - 2023 dividends STI with January - 2022 dividends This takes me back to my student days in STI. Most of the people are into video blogging these days but being me and not having the time and not having the technological capability to do those things - I opt to writing blogs. I still prefer reading blogs than watching Youtube videos (unless it requires me visual step-by-step instruction). Good day to everyone. I know that not everyone is having a good day today but I want to extend the good day anyway. I can't believe how hard it is to find ways or things to do during quarantine period. Most of the time I am in the kitchen trying to figure out what's to cook. Stocks are doing good but I am not risking a dime til this corona virus issue is resolved or at least I see the stock drops again. I know many of you are asking if it is good to invest in stocks now - it depends. If the stock is soaring, then forget it. Okay, I just got a few important emails and one of them is to confirm that I have received another payout from SeedIn PH from my first investment. Next month I am expecting two payouts, so I am quite excited to see two payouts in one month. I also got an email confirming two transactions I made with COL Financial . While trying to look for other option to diverse investments, I stumbled upon a company named FUNDKO . It is also a crowd-lending platform like SeedIn. Upon investigation, I was able to find an issue where a lender was informed that the borrower is unable to pay or decided to not pay their lenders anymore. This is obviously not a good sign for a crowd-lending company. It is a good thing SeedIn has a budget for this i-responsible lenders or they have made pre-cautions to avoid such issues. What is MLM or Multilevel Marketing? It is a marketing scheme used by some companies. I don't have anything against them except to those pyramid scams who are not really selling actual products and just earns money from their downlines or recruits. Most MLMs are product or is used by pyramid scams or belonged to investment fraud companies or ponzi schemes because MLM is self-propagating and doesn't need much advertisement and it spreads faster when it is online. You might recognize them by studying its system. These are some of the signs of investment scams : the recruit MUST recruit someone as well in order to earn, the new recruit's money is the one used to pay their upline. they don't have an actual product. even if they did have products, it is practically useless. they are promised a fast ROI or return of investment or yields higher returns.

I just spotted an investment opportunity at Seedin PH . The first company I invested is at KMVAsia Development Corportation - they are into construction business I believe. Anyway, here is the company profile. The investment yields 16% interest and starts repayment on August 24, 2019 and the good thing is it only has 3 months tenure (Maturity on Oct) which means I am going to receive monthly repayments starting August.
