Here is another good news. I have joined a Play to Earn game called Gemly and it's really a fine gem. It is a play mining game which means you play to mine. I recently discovered a Play to Earn game that allows you to earn direct money as an option - no need for crypto wallets. While I haven't earned anything yet, I wanted to suggest it as a potential source of income. It's not necessary to play all day, and you can earn directly to your GCASH account (this is for Philippines) but for other countries, I believe they also have a different payment mode. I love dividend stocks , I have them in my COL Financial port. While checking the business news, I found out that STI gained P507 M net income in 9 months. If I was the owner, I'd most likely reward my investors so I checked if they are giving away dividends and I was surprised they did - back in January they gave 4.35% dividends. As of this day STI stock price is 0.35 cents with a 10K boardlot. Last January 2022, they gave a 2.94% dividends to stockholders .  STI current chart with January - 2023 dividends STI with January - 2022 dividends This takes me back to my student days in STI. Good day to all of you guys. I know I haven't been active in blogging recently. Most of the people are into video blogging these days but being me and not having the time and not having the technological capability to do those things - I opt to writing blogs. I still prefer reading blogs than watching Youtube videos (unless it requires me visual step-by-step instruction). Good day to everyone. I know that not everyone is having a good day today but I want to extend the good day anyway. I can't believe how hard it is to find ways or things to do during quarantine period. Most of the time I am in the kitchen trying to figure out what's to cook. Stocks are doing good but I am not risking a dime til this corona virus issue is resolved or at least I see the stock drops again. I know many of you are asking if it is good to invest in stocks now - it depends. If the stock is soaring, then forget it. Okay, I just got a few important emails and one of them is to confirm that I have received another payout from SeedIn PH from my first investment. Next month I am expecting two payouts, so I am quite excited to see two payouts in one month. I also got an email confirming two transactions I made with COL Financial . First was for buying stocks $NOW which is for my "bodega". I can't find the news article regarding the renewal of NOW's license but I will link it in this article once I find it. I know $NOW will be the fourth telco so before it goes on hype better buy stocks while they are still cheap. The last mail was for my additional investment at XPEEQ mutual fund . 

While trying to look for other option to diverse investments, I stumbled upon a company named FUNDKO . It is also a crowd-lending platform like SeedIn. Upon investigation, I was able to find an issue where a lender was informed that the borrower is unable to pay or decided to not pay their lenders anymore. This is obviously not a good sign for a crowd-lending company. It is a good thing SeedIn has a budget for this i-responsible lenders or they have made pre-cautions to avoid such issues.
